Net Tour Price calculation
The cancellation percentage is applicable directly on the Net Tour Price calculated per person (pax). Government service taxes and non-refundable booking tokens might differ from the standard rates based on destination custom rules.
Cancellation submission rules
All requests for cancellations must be made in writing via registered email or verified written request to our office. Verbal cancellations or phone calls will not be accepted as official records.
